PCF's primary focus is cold heading and forging fasteners through to complex components to customer’s specifications. An extensive range of plumbing supplies are kept in stock including jumper valves (tap washers), cistern washers and Kinko Nuts to name a few. Other product lines include special purpose electrical contact screws, special purpose fasteners, and stud welding fasteners.

PCF's technical skills and expertise consists of a dedicated team delivering exceptional tooling designs which allows parts to be forged complete eliminating second operations or costly alternative manufacturing processes.

PCF's tool room, tooling design and product design capabilities provide every requirement to support the service we offer clients.

Our machine sizes vary which enables PCF to manufacture parts from 2mm in diameter up to 25mm in diameter, Fasteners and components are manufactured in all materials including all grades of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass.
